Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Combine coconut flour, arrowroot, cinnamon and salt in a bowl and stir well.
Stir coconut oil and maple syrup into the flour and mix into a thick dough. Put the dough in the fridge for a while while you prepare the filling, so it will become firmer.
Peel the apple, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
Mix the apple slices in a bowl with coconut blossom sugar and cinnamon.
Knead a ball of dough and press it flat on the baking sheet. Form a large circle of ⅕ inch thick.
Divide the apple slices over the dough circle in an overlapping manner. Stay 2 inches off the edge.
Fold the remaining dough edge over the apple filling, do this carefully because the dough can tear. It helps to fold the baking paper as well and then gently pull it off.
Bake the galette in 20-25 minutes until golden. Allow to cool slightly before cutting it in half.
