Preheat the oven to 345°F and grease a cake tin with some coconut oil.

Puree the bananas and dates in the food processor. Add eggs and coconut butter and blend until smooth.

Then add the coconut flour, cinnamon, baking salt, vanilla and salt and blend them through the mixture.

Add the remaining ingredients and pulse the food processor several times.

Spoon the batter into the cake tin and bake the banana bread in about 45 minutes until golden brown and done.
