Making the protein wraps requires some practice; use enough coconut oil to fry and do not twist the wrap too quickly or it will fall apart. Once it is successful, you really have a breakfast treat with chocolate cream. You could also double the recipe and keep the remaining wraps in the fridge or freezer for another time.

Beat the egg whites with the coconut flour and heat half of the coconut oil in a frying pan.
Pour half of the protein mixture into the frying pan and fry it on a low heat for 4-5 minutes until golden on the bottom. Gently turn the wrap around and bake for 1 minute on the other side.
Repeat with the remaining coconut oil and the other half of the batter.
Grind cashew nuts, coconut milk, honey and cocoa into a thick paste in a food processor or blender and spread the wraps with this.
Peel the kiwis and cut them into slices, place them in the middle of the wraps and carefully roll the wraps.
