Indian meatballs in creamy tomato sauce

Balls

Start with the meatballs: mix the minced meat with the coriander, garam masala, garlic and salt in a bowl. Knead everything well.

Roll about 12-15 meatballs from the mixture, about 1½ inch in diameter and put them on a plate.

Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs on a medium heat until brown. Once they are brown, remove them from the pan and set them aside. They don't have to be completely cooked right now.

Fry the chopped onion in the same pan over medium heat until it is translucent.

Add the chopped tomatoes, coconut milk and all herbs and stir well.

Lower the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes until it has thickened.

Put the meatballs back into the pan and stir gently so that they are covered with the sauce. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes to cook the meatballs.

Serve with vegetables of your choice. Enjoy your meal!
