Cut the mango into cubes and chop the pistachio nuts.

Puree mango, bananas and arrowroot in a blender. Divide half of this mixture into decorative glasses.

Stir honey, vanilla powder and cardamom into the coconut yogurt and divide half of the mixture over the puree in the glasses.

Cover with the rest of the fruit puree and then with the rest of the coconut yogurt.
