Oh I used to love Kaiser bread! Nice and crispy on the outside, soft and elastic on the inside. I preferred to eat the inside first, then the outside. And now I finally managed to make a Paleo variant, which is also very tasty! Top them with your favorite jam, or an egg and some ham, or how about avocado?
