Dice the pumpkin.

Bring the pumpkin cubes to the boil in a pan with water and let them cook gently for 10 minutes.

Drain the pumpkin and place in the fridge until the cubes have cooled completely.

Pour the coconut yogurt into a blender and add the cooked pumpkin, bananas, almond butter and mixed spices. Blend until smooth.
