Cover the inside of the slow cooker with baking paper.

Melt the chocolate and ghee au bain-marie and add the remaining ingredients for the brownies. Stir well.

Pour the batter into the slow cooker, put it on the low setting and let it cook for 2 hours with the lid on the pan.

Remove the lid of the slow cooker and let the brownies cook for another 30 minutes on the low setting.

Allow the brownies to cool completely, then they will be nice and creamy.

Melt the ingredients for the frosting au bain-marie and stir into a nice shiny mass. Divide this over the brownies and let it firm up for an hour in the refrigerator.
