It has only been a year since I ate duck breast for the first time, since then I prepare it more often because it is so delicious. Fortunately, it is also very easy to prepare! While frying the skin side you will see that a lot of fat starts to run out of the duck breast, I usually keep this fat so I can rub my vegetables with it later before roasting or fry some green leafy vegetables in it. This way your vegetables will get a wonderfully rich flavor.
