For the tomato salsa

Dice the tomatoes.

Finely slice the onion, garlic, red peppers and coriander.

Squeeze the lime.

Spoon all these ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Leave for at least 30 minutes so that the flavors can combine.

For the guacamole

Peel and destone the avocados. Dice or finely mash them.

Squeeze the lime.
