Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Heat the oil in a frying pan.


Fry the ground beef until it loosens up.

Add the sauerkraut and spices and fry for a few minutes longer

Meanwhile cook the cauliflower in a pan of boiling water.


Drain until dry.

Put the cauliflower back into the pan with the almond milk, a pinch of salt and the grated cheese.


Mash with a potato masher.

Spoon the beef-sauerkraut mixture in an oven dish.


Spread the mashed cauliflower evenly on the top.

Put the oven dish in the center of the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
