Chop the onions and squeeze the garlic. Fry both in a stockpot in some olive oil until the onion is soft and translucent. Add the basil herbs together with the peas and stir briefly.

Then pour the water with the stock cube and stir well.

Let the soup simmer for 10 minutes before mashing it with an immersion blender.

Divide the soup over the bowls and crumble the soft goat cheese over the soup. Serve the soup with baguette.
