Bacon ice cream with caramel

Preheat the oven to 355°F and line a baking sheet with baking paper. Put the bacon on it.

Bake the bacon crispy in the oven, in about 35 minutes.

Allow to cool off and chop into small pieces.

Churn the coconut milk with the maple syrup and the vanilla extract in a food processor or with a blender.

Let this cool for a few hours in the fridge or an hour in the freezer.

Churn the ice in your ice cream maker for about 20 minutes.

Add the bacon pieces 5 minutes before the end.

Keep the ice cream in the freezer and serve with the caramel.
