We all know the Swedish meatballs. This is the BBQ version on a stick. The dill in the mince also reminded us of Scandinavia. Hence the name. We have added another unique flavor, namely horseradish! Did you know? The taste of horseradish resembles that of mustard or radish: nice and spicy! The horseradish the Japanese 'sister' is from wasabi, a variant that tastes even spicier. Horseradish grows excellently in the Netherlands. That is why you can also easily buy it in NL and surroundings.
