It is really super easy. Just like the dried dates, dried cranberries contain healthy sugars, which gives you energy. Only be careful with you buy. We recommend buying cranberries that are minimally sweetened. It is normal for them to be sweetened as they are naturally very sour. When the cranberries are dried, they are always sweetened with natural fruit juice, raw cane sugar or sugar. Think of apple juice, but added cane sugar up to 60% is also possible. So choose the former.
