If you asked me to choose between fries and pizza my choice would have been made quickly! I simply cannot resist a nice crispy crust, preferably topped with lots of vegetables. This pizza crust based on almond flour is gluten-free, low in carbohydrates and very filling. Here I top it with tomato, artichoke and arugula, but I also dare to vary the toppings.
