Cut the parsley and finely chop the dill.

Put the meat and all the other ingredients for the burgers into a large bowl. Mix well. Make 8 burgers from the mixture, shaping them in the palm of your hand.

Heat the coconut oil in a pan on a medium-high heat. Put the burgers in the oil and fry on each side for about 4 minutes until they are done.

Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the lemon juice. Add the herbs and mix until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the olive oil.

Serve with the cauliflower tortilla and garnish with the tomato pieces and cucumber. Divide the sauce over the burgers and enjoy!
