At the moment I am on my way to Paris! First time with our little girl and I can't wait to enjoy all the different vegan tents, organic markets, architecture, parks and shops! We've been to Paris every year for the past 4 years, and when it comes to vegan food, so much has changed in those 4 years. If there were only a few tents at first, Paris has now been transformed into a vegan Valhalla! You will find a juice, smoothie or salad bar on every corner. Vegan snacks are available, organic markets in abundance and recently also a vegan ice cream shop! You can understand that I can't wait to share everything with you! But before that, we have to sit for another 3 hours. Ideal for me because then I can nicely update my blog with a delicious new recipe! Before we went out I quickly made and photographed this banana pancake, because I wanted this recipe for the weekend. This gives you enough time to vary and make your own favorite! Do you love chocolate, coconut, fruit, superfoods or do you prefer nuts? No problem! These pancakes do well with any addition!
