Yesterday I saw them on the market again, green asparagus! I love them but often don't get any further than wok them and tossing a salad (i know, shame on me!) To make up for my lack of tasty asparagus recipes, I locked myself in the kitchen yesterday. That was not a bad idea because suddenly there was this delicious pasta with vegan mushroom sauce and asparagus. Easy, quick to make, super tasty and nutritious. Plus it's another recipe that people will say: huh vegan? I didn't even notice that! Recommended when you eat friends :)
