The holidays are coming again, time to think about what I want to make for friends and family when they come to eat Christmas Day. I am really looking forward to it because it will be the first Christmas in our own house and the first Christmas for our little girl. She is only 11 days old now so she will not be aware of this holiday yet but I can't wait to hold her while we sing songs under the tree and unwrap her first Christmas presents. So I have high expectations :) Fortunately, I have been in my head for a month what I want to cook and I have the dearest friends and family so it will be fun and good food! Because nobody in my area is vegetarian (let alone vegan) my friend will make the meat dishes. I take care of the starter, the side dishes and the dessert. One of the things we will serve with the main course is these agave roots. They look so festive, the cozy colors are definitely part of our Christmas dinner! They are made within 5 minutes and are a great success at our house !! Love, Sanne
