We used to eat pot pies, tasty ingredients mixed in a creamy sauce and finished with a crispy puff pastry crust. I thought this weekend that I have not eaten these savory tarts for centuries and that it was high time for a vegan version! I quickly went into the kitchen and found a tasty vegan alternative.
