Put all the ingredients for the bottom in a food processor and grind into a thick dough. Put the dough in the fridge for half an hour to become more firm.

Grease a springform tin with some coconut oil and coat the springform with the dough. Is the dough very sticky? Then use wet hands to do it.

Preheat the oven to 340°F.

For the filling, peel the apples and cut them into slices. Combine the slices with the other ingredients for the filling in a bowl and mix them together.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the apple mixture for about 10 minutes until soft and cooked, while stirring.

Allow the apples to cool slightly. First make the topping by mixing all the ingredients together to form a crumbly dough.

Spoon the apple filling into the pie base and sprinkle with the dough crumbs.

Bake the pie in about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and done.
