Melt the coconut oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion.

Add pumpkin cubes and cook for about 5 minutes.

Then add the minced meat and cook until done.

Season with pepper, salt, paprika powder and possibly some chili flakes.

Make 4 dimples in the pan and break the eggs.
